As you may have read in my “Meet Ashley” section of the site, I have been with the artist program since May of 2020. Being in such a young company, it’s been an incredible opportunity to get into the artist program and start building my business and my team so close to the very beginning of Seint (formerly known as Maskcara Beauty).
This company is in its infancy stages which means it is not over saturated with artists/reps as many other organizations are. This means more opportunity for rapid growth!!

Since starting this business, my own personal growth has been monumental. I had zero expectations at the start. I was so nervous and would literally shake and pace around in fear of going live. I’ve come to learn, this is normal. Confidence and collectedness will come!! Show yourself some grace and remember every time you feel uncomfortable, that is growth you’re feeling! Don’t let fear stop you from pursuing your passion. Stretch yourself! I am so thankful I did. 🖤
