Do I need a large social media following?

Nope! I have a successful biz myself with a minimal network and social media following. There are many different avenues you can chose from. Some use IG, some focus on Facebook, some Youtube, etc and some do the majority of their business through in-person venues and face to face networking. There are plenty of options and you will find the best fit (and/or combination) for you!

Is there any training or assistance offered to help me launch?

Absolutely! I am part of an incredible team with unparalleled training. We have an amazing community who support each other. As your mentor, I will be there for you throughout your journey as well and will help you launch your business from day one. Once you are up running, all of the trainings to grow your business will be at your disposal and you’ll have access to me and our team forever going forward. I love this biz – I am not going anywhere!

Will I have to cold message people with dreaded “Hey Girl” messages?

Umm, please don’t!! Our Seint team doesn’t roll this way. We make genuine connections by putting ourselves out there through meaningful content. Cold messages give social selling a bad rep! Done right, multi-level marketing/social selling feels authentic, not icky.

What if I’m not a makeup guru?

The majority of the Seint independent artists don’t have a background in makeup artistry. They simply found a beauty line that they love and are getting paid to share it! Customers can relate to everyday women. It shows that they too can do this makeup! Its all about showing its simplicity, ease, and affordability! You are basically getting paid to share your love of the line. Just like sharing your fav Starbucks drink in your IG story.. but getting paid to do it!

I have no clue about colour matching!

Like every other aspect of this business, there is provided training for that! It takes practice, but it’ll come. While you get the hang of it, you have a team to support you and aid you in your customer colour matches. Collaboration over competition!

How much does it cost to enroll?

There are two options. The Basic Artist Kit ($279CAD | $199USD) or the Pro Artist Kit ($557CAD | $399USD).

Is it expensive to run your Seint business?

Not at all. You have a monthly fee of $12.95 USD | $15.95 CAD and this pays for your website, the Seint Artist App with free content, and covers all inventory and the shipping of your products. A small price to pay to have the piece of mind of no risk of carrying stock. Not to mention, you’ll also be saving money on makeup and skincare – solid bonus!

If I have a slow month or two, will I be dropped from the Artist program or have to pay a reenrollment fee?

Absolutely not. As long as you continue to pay your back office fee discussed above, you can keep your Seint independent artist status. There are no minimum sales quotas. It is helpful to strive to at least be “active” each month though to keep your momentum going! If you treat the business like a hobby, you’ll be paid accordingly. If you treat it like a business, the opportunities are endless. There are room for all kinds in the program but be sure to set your expectations – you get out what you put in!

When and how do I get paid?

On every dollar you sell, you will be paid a minimum of 20% (and up to 40%) commission depending on your sales numbers for the month. Should you choose to build a team, you can also earn 2-12% commission on their sales. Commissions are paid weekly (Happy Fri-yay!) with bonuses paid out on the 10th of the following month using the Paylution system.
